How this website currently handles submissions
Stated as factual description of the build, not as policy:
- Form submissions, including uploaded resumes, are received and stored by Netlify, the hosting provider for this website, and are not rendered anywhere on this website.
- Uploaded resumes are not linked from any page of this website. Each file is reachable through a direct link that is made available to Beacon Healthcare in the Netlify dashboard, in submission notification emails, in data exports, and through the Netlify API.
- When a form is deleted, Netlify states that its uploaded files can remain reachable by their direct link for up to 24 hours.
- No submitted name, organization, message, or document appears in any public listing, testimonial, or case study.
- The site makes no third-party advertising or social tracking requests, and fonts are served from this site rather than an external provider.
